Born From a Personal Mission
Devoted Kare was founded by a team of healthcare professionals and family caregivers who experienced firsthand the challenges of finding reliable, compassionate home care for their own loved ones. They saw a gap between what families needed and what was available — and decided to close it.
Now proudly serving families across Sherburne, Anoka, Isanti, Mille Lacs, and Ramsey counties, we are building something we believe in deeply — a home care agency where every client is treated with the same care and respect we would want for our own loved ones.

Isabel founded Devoted Kare from a genuine passion for helping others and a belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and truly cared for in their own home. For Isabel, home care is more than providing assistance — it’s about building trust, preserving independence, and treating every person with the same compassion and dignity she would want for her own family.
Shawnee Johnson
Administrative Services Coordinator
Shawnee brings four years of healthcare experience to Devoted Kare, with a background in life enrichment and administrative support. Her passion for helping others, attention to detail, and warm, people-first approach help keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring clients, families, and caregivers feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
Alyssa Cecil, RN
Clinical Nurse Supervisor
With 10 years of nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings, Alyssa brings valuable clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to the Devoted Kare team.
